Addi's Dance Recital

Last night was Addison's dance recital and she was very excited. While I was fixing her hair she said, "Mama, this is the best day of my life!" We weren't allowed to take pictures during the recital so here's a few from after...she's wearing her ballet costume in these, but we don't have any pictures of her in her tap costume yet. Thanks to all the Melloan and Williams clans that sat through the LONG performance waiting to see our little dancer! Granddaddy and Jake stayed home and played baseball outside instead...we didn't really think Jake could handle sitting still for the 2 hours! :)

Addison's Preschool Graduation

Yesterday Addison officially graduated from preschool. I don't remember graduating from anything until high school, but apparently this is the new thing...you now graduate from preschool, kindergarten, 8th grade, and then from high school! Anyway, she and her class sang "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands" and it was quite cute. Afterwards they had a little reception with cake so she was thrilled. Last night...

A somewhat medicated Mommy and kiddos after a long day. I went to the doctor yesterday morning for my regular appointment and ended up in labor and delivery on a monitor and having contractions. They were able to calm everything down with some injections and sent us home late in the afternoon. Today we're just hanging out at home, resting, and hopefully taking a nap! :)

Destin - May 2008

We had a great trip last week to Florida. Mom and Dad, Mark and Nicole, and our family all got to spend a week at the beach together. It was wonderful weather, the kids did great (slept all night every night!), and Jake learned to swim by himself with floaties on which will be a huge help to me this summer! Thanks so much Mom and Dad for taking us...it was great!

Superstar Day at Preschool

Addison picked out this fabulous ensemble to wear to "Superstar Day" at school. They were supposed to dress up to make themselves feel special and she sure did...pink sequined heels and all! :)

March for Babies 2008

This year's March for Babies was a huge success...Hardin County raised over $107,000 and Team Jake raised right at $5000. Huge thanks to all our family and friends who supported this great cause by sponsoring Team Jake. Jake did a great job as ambasssador...he was in a good mood most of the day (except for in the first picture where he was completely creeped out by the clown standing behind us), Addison got to cut the ribbon at the starting line, and I got to give an impromptu and unexpected speech to the hundreds of walkers in attendance! We are so thankful to the March of Dimes and were so glad to be able to be so involved in this fundraising effort this year!

Baby Girl Williams - 19 week ultrasound pics

The doctor gave us the okay for going to Florida on Saturday and said
that everything looked the same on the ultrasound. We lucked out
because the ultrasound machine they were using messed up and so they
had to move us to another room and gave us some 4D ultrasound pictures
for our inconvenience so we thought you all would like to see.
